Megan Pastrana is the CEO & Managing Attorney of Immigration for Couples. The firm has twice been honored on the Law Firm 500 List of fastest-growing firms in the United States, as a result of its modern approach to client representation and excellent customer satisfaction. Megan has provided her immigration policy expertise to members of Congress, reality TV show producers, and several major media outlets including Telemundo and ABC. She has been recognized as one of the top immigration attorneys in the nation by Super Lawyers.

Megan’s decision to found Immigration for Couples stemmed from her own personal immigration journey with her husband. She believes that it is her calling to help couples navigate the ever-evolving and complex labyrinth of immigration. In addition to graduating with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree, Megan received a Graduate Certificate in Trial Advocacy and International & Comparative Law. Prior to law school, she completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Studies. 

In her free time, she enjoys spending time on her family’s farm, going on walks with her dog, and traveling the world with her husband. Some of the places she and her husband have visited include Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, China, Costa Rica, and The Bahamas, just to name a few.
