Clare is the founding partner of Corado Pastrana LLC, The Immigration Firm for Couples. The firm is dedicated to assisting clients from around the world obtain fiance visas, marriage-based green cards, and United States citizenship. In 2018 and 2019, the firm was honored on the Law Firm 500 list of fastest growing law firms in the country.

Clare has been published in the NY Times and has appeared as an immigration expert on the CBS Evening News with Jeff Glor, Fox, and Telemundo. She's the author of The Green Card Guidebook: What you must know if you're falling hopelessly in love with a foreigner and has advised members of Congress on immigration policy issues. Since 2015 she has been selected by the Government of Mexico to assist their Consulates in the United States with immigration matters. In 2019 and 2020 she was recognized as a SuperLawyers Rising Star. Her husband, Marcial, is originally from Guatemala.
